This just came in to me today! I just received an email from a friend of mine with an attachment of a memorandum from the Bureau of Fire Protection - National Headquarters duly signed by Director Leonard R. Bañago, DSC - Head of the Agency dated on November 9, 2018. This was addressed to BFP National Headquarters, Regional Offices and National Fire Training Institute that states for an Appointment of Fire Senior Inspectors thru Lateral Entry to the department. This means that there are vacant Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) positions available in the Bureau of Fire Protection for this year. Interested applicants must have at least an eligibility of CS (Sub-Prof) or higher with zero experience to one (1) year.

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. Attach the following documents to the application letter and send to the address below not later than November 19, 2018.
- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
- Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
- Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
